When HBO's Westworld announced yesterday that production has been shut down because an actor had been seriously injured after falling and hitting his head at home, they kept the actor's name secret.

It has now been revealed that the actor is Zahn McClarnon (who joins the cast in the upcoming second season and was not in season one). He is known to TV audiences for his role as Hanzee Dent on Fargo.

McClarnon is still hospitalized but said to be recovering.

Sources told Variety that Brooklyn Nine-Nine actor Terry Crews was preparing to name Adam Venit, the head of talent agency WME's motion picture group, as the "high-level Hollywood executive" who
groped him at a Hollywood function last year.

Crews tweeted about the incident on October 10th but didn't name the executive at that time.

Venit represents a number of stars, including Dustin Hoffman and Brett Ratner - both of whom have been accused of sexual harassment themselves in recent days. He also reps Emma Stone, Adam Sandler, Vince Vaughan, Diane Keaton and Eddie Murphy. Crews is a client of WME's himself.

Venit has been placed on leave from the agency pending investigation.

Korean director Park Chan-wook is set to adapt John le Carré's The Little Drummer Girl for AMC and BBC. Florence Pugh (Lady Macbeth) is set to star.

The summary reads:

On holiday in Mykonos, Charlie (Pugh) wants only sunny days and a brief escape from England's bourgeois dreariness. Then a handsome stranger lures the aspiring actress away from her pals - but his intentions are far from romantic. Joseph is an Israeli intelligence officer, and Charlie has been wooed to flush out the leader of a Palestinian terrorist group responsible for a string of deadly bombings. Still uncertain of her own allegiances, she debuts in the role of a lifetime as double agent in the "theatre of the real."

“That was just a one-off accident, and it was a mistake on my part,” Apa says. “I should have pulled over and gone to sleep instead of battling my way home. But I learned from it. It was a blessing in disguise. I came out unscathed, and I thank God that I’m okay—it could have been a lot worse. The schedule didn’t change. It’s still a requirement for the actors to drive to work, which is fair enough. The crew works longer than we do, and they have to drive back and forth to work every day.

"It puts things in perspective for actors on other shows; when you’re driving home, you’ve got to be mindful and make sure your mind’s right and that you’re not tired,” he continues. “I was really lucky the production was there for me and helped me the whole way, which made me feel looked after.”

- Kevin Spacey has been fired from House of Cards. Earlier in the day, the show runners were contemplating killing off his character. Netflix has stated that they are willing to do House of Cards as long as Kevin Spacey isn't in it. Netflix also decided to not go through with another Kevin Spacey film called “Gore”.

- Kevin Spacey lost his agent and publicist since the allegations came to light. More allegations have come out against Dustin Hoffman, Harvey Weinstein, and Brett Ratner.
